There are hundreds of small advertising agency's on the internet. Mostly offering cheap low quality traffic from pop-ups/under and banner ads. These are not run by bad people, they are run by ignorant people. The people who run those sites didn't set out to scam you and (most of them) do think that their claims of "targeted" traffic are true.

What they don't have is our experience. We really do know the internet, we were eBay powersellers until eBays ridiculous fees angered us so much that we left, we tried eBid but the almost complete lack of buyers made us give that up too. It wasn't until we finally started our own eCommerce store that we had the idea to develop our current super targeted advertisement method.

We started out by asking an eBaying friend to shipping a couple of hundred ad's... then another... then another and boy did it work! within weeks we had transformed our ailing golf store from a bottomless pit sucking all of our money in and giving very little back to a hugely successful estore!
